We usually have breakfast one night a week: pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage.

Another usual is nachos: ground turkey, fat free refried beans, tomatoes, grated cheese and we dip tostito chips. Sometimes we add black olives and sour cream.

One thing I saw on Pinterest and we actually tried last night was potatoes: wash them then slice them almost all the way through, drizzle with butter and bake! It was a 5 minute prep time, so easy and SO good! We had them with turkey patties.

As far as the organization, not there yet. Our pantry sounds like yours but my worst area is paperwork. Mail, stuff from work, it's never ending.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13760897671143549963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2658934823595947474.post-20472989424458345832013-05-20T14:40:36.759-07:002013-05-20T14:40:36.759-07:00Easiest summer meal ever? Add fruit or salad as a side and voila! And you have some left over for lunch the next day. ;)Stacey C.noreply@blogger.com
